Custom content
Custom content functionality allows an administrator with the Configuration - Custom Content access right to customize the following areas of the system:
- Home Screen Notice. A block of notification text that displays on each employee's home screen.
- Contact Details Window. A window containing any contact (support) details that may be needed by an employee when using Shared Travel Services. The employee views this information by clicking a Contacts link (also referred to as the contacts header) on their home screen navigation bar.
If additional implementation options are enabled for your organization, you will also be able to customize the following:
- Statement Report Footer. Text that shows as a footer on an employee's standard cash and/or card account statement report. Note: This does not apply to custom statement reports.
- Printable Expense Report Footer. Text that shows as a footer on an employee's printable expense report. Note: This is only applicable if a printable expense report is enabled for your organization.
- Printable Requisition Statement Footer. Text that shows as a footer on an employee's printable requisition statement. Note: This is only applicable if a printable requisition statement is enabled for your organization.
Note: By default, the home screen notice and contact details are created as plain text, however, if a certain implementation option is enabled, you can improve the formatting using HTML.
