Step 1: Traveller selection

The Traveller selection page is used for both types of travel request - expense only claims and travel bookings. For more information on the two types of request, click here.

Some initial setup may be required before you can arrange travel for other staff. You can read about this here.

Note: Further on, when you start the booking process, you will notice a Book for Another User link in the main Travel Menu. The link takes you to the Traveller selection page.

Book travel for myself

To arrange travel for yourself: with the Book travel for myself option button selected, simply click the Start button to proceed to the next stage.

 

Book travel for someone else

To arrange travel for someone else:

  1. Click the Book travel for someone else option button.
  2. To find the traveller(s) that you wish to arrange travel for, either:
    1. type their details into one or more of the Last name, First name, Email address or Employee no./TIN boxes and click Search

      or;

    2. just click View all to display the entire list of available travellers

      Note: If no results show, some setup may be required

  3. Add the relevant traveller(s) by clicking Select.

 

Book for multiple travellers

Note: Group bookings can be made for between two to nine travellers.

To arrange travel for multiple travellers:

  1. Click the Book for multiple travellers option button.
  2. To find the traveller(s) that you wish to arrange travel for, either:
    1. type their details into one or more of the Last name, First name, Email address or Employee number boxes and click Search

      or;

    2. just click View all to display the entire list of available travellers

      Note: If no results show, some setup may be required

  3. Add the relevant traveller(s) by clicking Add or Add All, as appropriate.
  4. Select the Lead Traveller using the option buttons.
  5. When you have finished adding all the travellers that you are creating a travel request for, click Start.
