Rate and currency management functionality in Shared Travel Services can be found in five areas:
Rate groups and rate tables are used to manage the rates at which your organization reimburses employees or allows employees to make a request for expenses such as mileage or daily travel allowances (per diems). The rates are made available for Rated Amount Fields in both the Cash Management and Requisition Management modules.
These can be managed from the Employee view of the Administration Overview diagram.
The currencies and exchange rates you define are used by employees when making cash expense claims. These can be managed from the Organization view of the Administration Overview diagram.
